Change the frozen fruit to suit your own tastes….. it’s a very simple smoothie to make!
- a handful of ice
- roughly 1 cup of frozen fruit
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Orange Juice (Orange Juice with Pulp is best)
- 3/4 to 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1 banana
Just blend it all up and enjoy your smoothie! 🙂
