Change the frozen fruit to suit your own tastes….. it’s a very simple smoothie to make!


  • a handful of ice
  • roughly 1 cup of frozen fruit
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (Orange Juice with Pulp is best)
  • 3/4 to 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 1 banana

Just blend it all up and enjoy your smoothie! 🙂
